By pairing thoughtfully-designed products with the ability to track real animals on an interactive map, we’re giving everyone an opportunity to make an impact. Each purchase gives back and reveals your animal’s name, photo, story, and path with fun updates along the way!
Since our start in 2018, Fahlo has donated over $5.6 million to conservation partners, which is pretty exciting considering our team is 80% penguins in trench coats.

I love the concept of tracking your animal. The interactive map and previous checkpoints are fantastic, but the addition of temporarily tracking an animal has made the app unusable. Every attempt to view the animals I paid for has been interrupted by a pop-up telling me to look at a free animal for 12 hours. There's no way to exit out of it, you can only agree to view the new animal. edit: Since Fahlo responded, I'd like to clarify this isn't a bug. It's very clearly intended to be a feature.

I bought one of the shark bracelets from the local zoo and Im super happy to get matched up with Zipper the hammerhead! I love how the location is updated frequently and I think its such a fun way to support conservation. im only giving 4 stars because i wish there was more data available. I can only view distance/speed stats from the last tracked location. I would like to be able to view the full data history from previous days and possibly other info about size/age/facts/etc. I <3 zipper

So far, so great! I had an issue with my first order and the customer service response was as speedy as the cheetah on my bracelet! They not only replied with a quick initial response, but made maximum effort to meet my needs/requests in the best way possible. If this out of the gate experience is any measure, I look forward to a lengthy customer relationship with Fahlo.
