Have had a few issues when the app was new. But just as with any other problem I've had at Falcon, they were friendly and quick to make it right. The app has continued to improve over time. I will take any and all the issues I've had with Falcon National x10 and still be happier then my time spent with any of the much larger banks.

Normally, the app works great other than being a little slow. However, occasionally I'm forced to change my password in order to use the app and then my access is restricted until I call. There's no reason for this.

Absolutly worst app experience i've ever had. Contantly throwing error messages for no reason(when stuff works). Very clunky sign in system offers dual authentication & fingerprint, but none of that actually works... this app is 95% of the reason i'm looking at moving banks.
