Just stopped working. It is very buggy and not good enough at all when you rely on a service like this to alert you to updates for your infant. I can't see any messages or my kids profile. The app and my phone have the latest updates. The nursery has tried to log me in and out again. It has been weeks!

Can no longer use the app unless you enter card or bank details and enable automatic payments. This is ridiculous, especially as the nursery frequently get invoices wrong. They're quick to rectify but how long will it take to get money owed back into my bank account? This function needs disabling. Too many things can go wrong

Unfortunately, our hands are tied in this matter, as this functionality is enabled directly by the nurseries. Will not let me set up account,just keeps going back to login page and skips set up help
