it's a nice app, but still loads of improvements, like those to begin with: - if we accidentally tag a photo, there's no way to untag, like it's possible to unlike. - to update the info in the child profile we need to leave and come back to the page - the "back button" don't exit the app, like the other

Thanks Ricardo for the thoughtful feedback! Good news, you can untag! Just tap the same Tag icon again while viewing the photo and it’ll remove it. As for the back button, that sounds a bit off. Horrible Billing Issues, Worse Customer Service. This app DOUBLE BILLED everyone at our daycare. The developers were unapologetic, unhelpful, and unwilling to treat the situation with the required seriousness. Their mistake caused inevitable overdrafts and bounced bills, as well as unneeded stress. Regardless, they were completely non transparent and largely unavailable to take any questions. This is a garbage app run by uncaring people. Avoid if you can!

This is a great app. Unfortunately, at the moment, I can't sign into it. I was logged out a few days ago, and now I can't log back in. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but it keeps saying I'm having 'connectivity issues'. Other devices in my setting are working perfectly well. Could you help me out please?
