Terrible and extremely disappointing app and platform. It feels like a complete scam. After submitting all the required documents correctly and according to their rules, they activate your account and make you believe that all your information is fine. However, as soon as you order a card by paying in dollars, they keep your order pending for days without approving it, causing unnecessary harassment and frustration. They provide absolutely no proper response or meaningful update.
