Stay connected to your vehicle and access the various features and connected services offered by the FIAT mobile app.

The FIAT app is available for Fiat, Abarth and Fiat Professional vehicles equipped with the Uconnect™ Box and suitable infotainment systems. New models are regularly being added to the list of supported vehicles. Compatible Wear OS smartwatches can also access the FIAT app and its basic features.

Offering you 24/7 assistance with SOS Call, Roadside Assistance Call and Customer Care. In case of emergencies or breakdowns, a call center agent will always be available to help you.

Maintenance
Get accurate information on your vehicle status receiving a monthly Vehicle Health Report via email with a summary of detected issues and advise you to get it to service whenever needed.

Further enhance your driving experience with more features offering you additional advantages.

Maintenance
Always have updated information on your vehicle’s fuel or battery level, airbag, and odometer status in addition to tyre pressure. Receive Vehicle Health Alert notifications whenever a fault is detected.

Remote operations
Use the Vehicle Finder feature to locate your car anywhere. Lock and unlock the doors or flash the headlights remotely. If you have an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle, schedule battery-charging sessions and precondition the cabin turning on the air conditioning remotely.

Connected navigation
For the vehicles equipped with the navigation system, each trip can be planned in advance via the FIAT app. For the electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, you can easily find the nearest public charging station and check how far you can drive with the residual battery level.

Safety & Security
Thanks to My Alert Lite you can always keep an eye on your vehicle wherever you are receiving a push notification on the app, SMS and email in case of attempted theft.

How to activate the connected services?
After purchasing your vehicle, complete the account registration on the FIAT app or on the MyUconnect.Fiat website using the same email given to the dealer during the vehicle purchase. Once you complete the activation, you will receive a confirmation email and your connected services will be ready for use!

Quite rudimentary, it does not update the charge level unless pressing on refresh but what's more annoying the refresh button sometimes changes to "find a charge" and there is no way to refresh. Doesn't show the consumption but something called "Average energy economy" that looks like this: 18.3kwh/100km, unsure what that is, it's not consistent with the indication inside the car: 4.3km/kwh. Shows only last trip or stats. Definitely needs improvement.

Having to log in most days (even though the 'remember me' box is ticked. It's also now becoming difficult to know if the vehicle is charging. Although the green light is flashing next to the charge port and the app shows 'charging' we've had a few mornings having to fast-charge on the way to work to get there. It doesn't charge according to the charging schedules if we start the charge early (because our home battery is full). The vehicle was serviced 2 weeks ago, so it has the latest software.

This app is bad enough to consider selling the car. It randomly forgets its charging schedules, meaning that the car never started charging at night as it was supposed to. It doesn't update the battery status correctly when charging, which means we have to go out to the car and check. Sometimes it just completely deletes everything, schedules, settings etc. And you have to add everything back. As it stands this app is enough for us to not consider a Fiat in the future. 2024: Nothing changed

The My easy Charge service is no longer available, but you can continue to manage your public and private charging sessions quickly and easily via your smartphone. The new eSolutions Charging services are provided by Fiat partner Free2Move.
