Magnote turns your phone into a personal magnetic whiteboard where every homework assignment becomes a printed task card you can pin, flip, and clear at a glance. Its clean, distraction-free surface helps you see what is due across all subjects without scrolling through messy lists or calendars. The Board tab displays your active cards in a flowing vertical layout, each one held in place by a small colored magnet that matches the subject you assigned. Cards use a soft urgency color system so you instantly recognize what needs attention next, from standard tasks to critical deadlines. Tapping any card flips it over to let you update the title, subject, due date, or urgency level right on the spot. When a task is completed, a simple swipe to the left pulls the card from the board and moves it into the Archive, where it sits as a neatly stamped record of your finished work. The Archive lets you browse through a stack of past cards, search by title or subject in real time, and even restore a card back to the board if the deadline shifts. Adding a new task happens in the Submit tab, where a clean paper slip form lets you capture the assignment details and preview a sample of your card before it magnetically clips onto the board. The Setup panel gives you complete control over your subjects, letting you assign a distinct magnet color to each course so your board remains visually organized and instantly readable. A slim magnetic header strip at the top of the board always shows today’s date and a crisp count of your remaining pending cards, alongside a small red priority badge that quietly pulses when deadlines are closing in. Everything you enter stays stored locally on your device, so your task cards and subject colors are always available and private, with full support for creating, updating, archiving, and deleting entries instantly. There are no accounts to manage and no network delays, just a tactile, responsive homework log that keeps you focused on what to finish and when. Magnote respects your routine by staying silent until you open it, never overwhelming you with notifications, but always ready to show your week in one clear snapshot. By mimicking the physical act of pinning paper slips and wiping them away, the experience helps you build a steady homework habit that fits naturally alongside your notebooks, desk, and daily study flow.
