Do yourself a favor and stay away from this app and this company. I purchased tickets to a local music event for my family using this service (as there was no alternative). The event was abruptly cancelled. Since the failing was on their end, I expected a refund. What I got was credits with a short duration (9 months) to select some alternative "experience" in which we have zero interest. My interaction with Fever has been a $150 reminder of the unpleasantness of being conned. STAY AWAY.

I used to really enjoy the app, but suddenly, I cannot follow through with any purchases. I get unspecified errors each time. I have spoken to countless agents to try to get the issue resolved. Each time they recommend the same basic troubleshooting steps, which I have tried multiple times. They claimed they escalated the issue, but I have yet to hear back months later. I have multiple vouchers I can't even use because of the faultiness of the app. It is incredibly disappointing

Limited attractions. I got the app for an event and so far there is no problem The app gave me a voucher. And I would like to use it, But the attractions I know of, and I 'd like to go do, are not found in the search for them. A bit of a disconnect when it comes to things people know about, such a nine inch nails concert, or a exhibit at the botanical garden. Some of the events they have posted are sketchy,and have no location. It could be a great app the potential is for sure here.
