I’ve been trying to pay my bill through your app for the past one week, but I’m consistently encountering issues. Either the app shows a “system error” message, or it fails to proceed when I reach the payment section—it simply does not move to the next step. I’ve tried multiple times and also checked my internet connection, but the issue persists. Kindly look into this matter and let me know if there’s any workaround or if a fix is being implemented.
