Retarded amount of KIC/FICA and uploads taking over 10 mins just to be able to get into the app to see what they have to offer. As soon as I want to unlock options like trading or borrowing THEN you ask for all those documents. You must have and insane amount of app abandonment rate (like myself) for requiring this much info just to open then app!

A great experience so far. I've been on Figure Market for a couple of weeks and everything has been smooth. KYC was done in less than 24 hours. Deposits are available for trading right after you start them. The lending feature is a great way to earn yield, and it's very fast to get in and out of a position.
