Ratings and reviews

The authentication is very flimsy, every app I have I can unlock with bio-metrics, but this one requires a mobile code for no reason. Also I have to open the app for the notification to show up, instead of the notification popping up on my phone. This part is really cumbersome and leaves the impression of being half done. On the other end, the managing of the credit card is well done and convenient. Overall given the fees charged to have an account, I think I could get better technology wise.

terrible like the others italian apps. very low quality like most of italian things. you wont be able to understand what cost what and where to find it. the platform is extremely confusing and terribly messy when you want to invest or trade. the same think is under many different menus. total confusion. fortunately foreign apps bank and things arent bad as in Italy. also most of the time doesnt work early in the morning. so pray you dont need it at that time

Terrible for trading small stocks, eg. On the AIM market. The app won't let you set your own price limit for a stock. Fineco imposes a max limit, often this limit is less than the quoted spread... Making it impossible to set a price that results in a successful purchase. I've raised this with Fineco, but they won't do anything about it. Disappointing.
