Very disappointing app. The advance salary service becomes unavailable during holidays and weekends, which is exactly when many people need it most. On top of that, the transaction charges are extremely high. A flat fee of Rs. 150 is deducted on every advance, even if someone withdraws only Rs. 1,000. This is unfair. The charges should be percentage-based, ideally around 1% of the amount withdrawn. The current fee structure puts an unnecessary burden on users. Needs major improvement.

It is a very slow app. Companies, especially SOS companies, that transfer the salaries of their employees to it are doing a very stupid thing. It is a very slow and useless app. It takes an hour to transfer an amount from the app to the bank. The amount is not that much. I have never seen such a slow app in my life. I rate it 0 out of 10.

I am facing a serious UI/layout issue in your mobile application on my device (LG V50 ThinQ, Android). The app screen is not scaling properly. Some fields and buttons appear cut off or do not fit within the screen width. Because of this, I am unable to clearly view or complete the account registration process (CNIC fields are not displaying correctly). I have already tried adjusting system font size, display size (DPI), landscape mode, and one-handed mode, but the issue still persists.
