Beneficiary issues. Kindly correct this insuffient information on saved beneficiary. The information on saved beneficiary is only account number and name and NO BANK NAME. You always have problem selecting which bank to transfer to if you have a beneficiary with 2 accts in different banks. This is major issue please. Correct in your update. Kudos to the inclusion of generate receipt in your update, its awesome.
Allow user to open dispute for failed transactions in this app. You have such in UBA Mobile App and it's great. I didn't have to go bank and fill some forms before my cash was returned. After this, you may get 4 stars. Also, Pls design Soft Token App just like UBA
Those who say it is the best mobile money app they've ever used certainly haven't used any other. A mobile banking app is not meant for simply checking account balance. It should be smart among other things, but this app is simply not smart. If you register a beneficiary on any platform, it should be recognised by your mobile app but in the case of this app, it does not only fail to recognise beneficiaries registered under other platforms but even those registered with it. It doesn't even recognise my linked accounts with first bank. So for me, I wish I could give a negative star. I mean why can't I use my token to generate a transaction code? It's almost useless outside Nigeria. Make this app smart, allow me to be able to use it anywhere in the world and I will change my opinion about it.
This in my opinion used to be the best banking app till i recently discovered 1 account can be registered on multiple devices. I use 3 other banking apps and when i switch to a new device it automatically deactivates the old. A big security flaw please do something about it.
Have gone through customers statements below from where I understand that no matter how good something is, there must be critics that will come and condemn it. I have accounts with 5 solid Nigerian banks, have tried all their apps and have come to conclusion that "First bank is truly the FIRST." The only thing I hate about them is the unusual mammoth crowd in their branches. However, I do not rule out the possibility of few customers having issues with the apps because I have observed that not all Secondary School leavers can even spell their names correctly let alone the use of apps.
I reviewed on this same issue earlier but the problem is still persisting. I made a transaction but it said unsuccessful but I was debited. This is very bad as it can make someone to transfer funds more than what he/she intended just because the system displayed unsuccessful. Please work on this, it is a very crucial issue. Thanks.
