Getting started is EASY!
1. If you haven't done so, sign up for First Bank's Online Banking at www.FirstBankAK.com
2. Download and launch this app
3. Sign in with your First Bank Online Banking username and password.

*Enrolling in Online Banking is required prior to using First Bank's Mobile Banking. Do you have questions?  Please call a customer service representative at 800-478-6101.

**Must have Bill Pay set up previously in Online Banking.

The app used to work, now it doesn't. It just stays stuck on the intro screen. You can't even back out of it by pressing the back button on your device.

Like the new bill pay access via the telephone mobile app. No adds so that is great. Do not need extra interference when banking.

Many aspects of banking cannot be managed from this app, including transfers that repeat and vacation notifications. You also can't see the account total after each transaction.

What's new

We are continually releasing new updates to further improve your mobile banking experience. This version includes user interface improvements, security updates and bug fixes. Please be sure to turn on automatic updates to make sure that your app is always up to date.
