To use the FirstBank Personal Banking app, you must be enrolled as a FirstBank Personal Banking digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

Since the last update this app sucks! Sometimes it doesn't update the balance and transactions...shows all wrong numbers...compared with bringing my acct up on the computer.......right now the little icon is just spinning and spinning...won't bring up the info...nothing but problems since last update.

Edit: Latest update fixed my issue. Thanks! ....... It's a good app. My only issue is that making a deposit always makes a sound while taking pics of checks regardless that I have my phone on silent and my sounds off. Quite annoying. Fix that and it would be 5 stars from me

Improved. Still wish there was an option to select what accounts you see transactions for **2024 update- errors and haven't been able to login for two weeks.
