Ratings and reviews

First of all, most of the items are out of stock and you have to keep ordering them again and again by paying platform fee for every order even if there is a mistake from their end(when they send expired products).Their customer support is pathetic when there is a real issue to solve, they keep repeating the same apology without providing a proper resolution. For placing an order through pluxee(all food items in the cart, no non food items), i had to wait indefinitely and no resolution yet!

While the app does have good products, they do not really listen to the customers. I have a subscription ongoing. The issue is that the deliveries are very early in the morning, around 4 to 6 am, which is fine. For that reason I have kept an insulated milk bag outside to keep it cool until I take it out in the morning but the delivery person never keeps it in the bag. I have escalated this to customer service but unfortunately they have not been able to help.

Honestly, I was genuinely excited to find an app that seemed to curate good quality products. Unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly disappointing. My order was marked as “delivered” without any call, message or actual delivery. I contacted support, but that conversation went nowhere either. Now there’s no response at all. After wasting so much time trying to get a simple issue resolved, I’m done. Uninstalling the app..definitely not worth the hassle.
