I ordered Atta from them thinking that they would have good quality products and I couldn't have been more wrong. The atta was expiring in 10 days time. When I reached out to the customer care, they said pickup will be done soon and they cannot arrange a replacement. While delivery takes 20mins but for pickup I have to wait for 3 hours. To top it all, they said they cannot return platform fees because it is used by them "to run the platform smoothly". So I am out of ₹9 and no atta.

The quality of the items are good, delivered on time. Some drawbacks are the min cart value of 200, if you want order only fresh vegetables once in 2/3 days it's difficult to meet the min cart value just by vegetables or else you will have to add some unwanted stuff to meet the cart value. When we are already paying the delivery and packing charges the min cart value should be removed or reduced to 100.
