I received an expired product with my order, which was disappointing. However, I contacted the FirstClub customer support team, and they responded promptly. They sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and processed a full refund without any hassle. While I hope they improve their quality checks to prevent this from happening again, I appreciate their quick and professional customer service

First two orders were smooth and quality, excellent... fresh vegetables, eco friendly packing... all good. From the third one, it has been an ordeal... one instance was the wrong order sent after waiting for more than two hours... replacing took another two hours. Another order had items missing and rotten onions... needless to say, I'm not impressed.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing first experience with FirstClub. They lured me with freebies added to my cart but failed to deliver them, later claiming they were out of stock. If unavailable, they shouldn't have been advertised. Their prices are also much higher than other grocery apps, with no noticeable difference in quality apart from fancy packaging. Premium packaging doesn't justify premium pricing when the products are essentially the same.
