-Manage your Bank Accounts and Finances:
• Review activity and balances in checking, savings and credit card accounts.
• Securely send and receive money with Zelle® using a mobile number or email address
• Transfer funds between your First Command accounts
• Mobile check deposit: simply take a photo of checks to deposit them
• Pay bills and schedule/edit/cancel payments

-Security:
• Use biometrics to quickly log in to the app
• Set app alerts to be notified of important account information
• Change Online ID or Passcode
• Access your accounts 24 hours a day

I'm shocked at how poorly designed this backing app is. The interface is a cluttered mess, making simple tasks a frustrating nightmare. The "help" section is useless, and intuitive design seems to be a foreign concept to the developers. Save yourself the headache and avoid this app. I was hoping for a reliable solution but got a digital nightmare instead. 1/10, would not recommend.

Recent upgrades to this app have optimized it for mobile screens and it is perfect! I like that it has all basic banking functions and is uncomplicated. Bill Pay now functions perfectly on my screen, and the service is solidly dependable. I have depended on 1st Command Bank for critical banking functions for 44 years, through all our assignments wherever they sent us. Note: If it will work for all service members' locations, I'd like to see 2-factor authentication.

Painfully slow. I have several banking apps, this is by far the slowest and most painful. For example, after touching a selection box it takes 5-10 seconds for the drop down or cursor to appear. While typing inputs (account number or routing number to set up a transfer) each digit appears 2-5 seconds after input. The pop up numeric keypad obscures the input box making it nearly impossible to see what you are typing. This isn't a new issue. I've hated this app since 2020 & may close my accounts.
