Apparently only works if you are in the UK. Keeps telling me it is having problems and try again later, and it says I am offline. I have a robust ISP and Internet service so I am clearly online. These errors have been recurring for several days. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it but the errors continue. Have app on phone and tablet and app has the same issues on both appliances.

A decent app, really convenient, works well. Much nicer than paper tickets. However, some irritating quirks... Navigating earlier/later trains when searching for times misses a big chunk of trains that you can only find by searching again with a targeted time. Can you add a way to hide used Flexipasses? Can often have multiple "valid" passes active, even though the tickets have all been used. it can be cumbersome to navigate, especially when a conductor is trying to inspect your ticket.

Totally ridiculous app if you buy more than one ticket for the same journey. You have to stand at the barrier and hand your phone backwards and forwards to read each ticket. Having to activate the tickets on the day of travel gives little time to print out, if that is accepted. Seems to be designed to be as awkward as possible for anything but a single ticket. Try thinking about your customers requirements.
