Cannot load purchased tickets! Do NOT update! There is a fatal bug on the new app where if you try to load tickets bought on the old app, the new app either crashes or shows an error message. It was not tested before release. Do NOT download until there's a new update! Also, you only pay with PayPal as an automated payment with NO OPTION for one off payments. COMPLETELY UNSAFE! If your TPE password is saved to your phone, phone thieves can buy tickets with your PayPal now! Horrifying!

Had to restart the app many times, couldnt pay for my tickets, edit reservations didnt work and no seat reservations available for children under 5 who travel for free, so I guess my child needs to sit on my lap for 4 hours if train busy. Thank you, Transpenine. Overall, not as user friendly and easy to navigate as Trainline app.

Unfortunately clicking on your train in your ticket no longer takes you to travel info about that train. Makes it much harder to keep track of delays. Same issue when buying tickets, the journey isn't shown anymore.
