Ratings and reviews

Sure, the free service is slow at only 250Kbps. But that's enough to text, email, navigate, and even browse the web if you're patient enough. It took about 30 seconds to get set up, and it really is free. The only downside is the high latency and a little packet loss, you can probably use it for VOIP calling but it'll be low quality. It won't replace your normal plan... but for roaming? Absolutely perfect.

Sometimes you get connection issues, but either turning the eSIM on and off will fix it, or contacting support will fix it for you. As of now, speeds are 512kbps with 15m time allotted per ad. You can stack up to 6 hours. (Eastern US, as far as I know this only applies to the Netherlands as well, for now.) For a entirely free service, it's about what you expect and sometimes much more. Great stuff!

Misleading and false advertising on their website. It clearly states that "Comfort+" includes 1.5GB of high speed data that will slow once that it is used. Customer service says it's actually only 500MB and then begins to slow. They will argue that it's not misleading but you can judge for yourself. It took me two weeks to get a refund and only after posting my experience on Reddit and initiating a chargeback with my credit card, who btw, agreed that their website is misleading.
