IMPORTANT: This app is ONLY for cardholders whose card number begins with 514125.

DO NOT download this app if your Direct Express Card was issued by Comerica Bank. If your card number begins with 533248, please search for the yellow Direct Express® app in the App Store and download the app that matches the first six numbers of your Comerica-issued Direct Express® card.

I am a software engineer and an app developer, and I have to tell you that this app is the most miserable experience I've had on my phone on some time. First, when trying to create an account, entering the security questions is so sluggish it's almost physically impossible with a delay of 5 seconds or more. Then, in the final setup, every possible user name I tried was rejected, with no reason as to WHY. I give up. I guess the only way to check my balance is via phone call. Pathetic.

This site isn't working at all very annoying the more you try the more it doesn't work it keeps repeating the same thing over and over it won't let you open the app up even when you put the right information and what is the use of this app!!!!!

trying to recover my account, I put in correct information, I checked it, keeps telling me I didn't put in correct information, did this several times now, several days apart and still can't get in to my account, Ridiculously annoying.

What’s new

Account management features currently available on the consumer website are now available in the app, including changing your card PIN, scheduling transfers, and downloading statements.
