Download today, try to set up, it's saying No permission allowed. I have three cc's with my CU, 2 have apps, one doesn't so I dl this app. It's terrible! I did a search and reading reviews, this is a known issue

yup... same as the rest of the reviews. apparently, I "do not have permission" to access my account either. I called the customer support number and was told that you can only access your account by browser. And they have no idea why it's not working.... I've always had issues with this app. Even before now.

When I attempt to log in I repeatedly get this message... "YOU DON'T HAVE PERMISSION TO LOG IN MOBILE DEVICE" There is no option to contact help through the app or chat. If I could give it a "0" at this point I would. My phone is a Google Pixel 7 Pro.
