About this app

Use the Fitbit ECG app to check your heart for signs of atrial fibrillation, an irregular heart rhythm. You can create a PDF of your results to share with a healthcare provider.

To take your first reading, follow these steps:
1. In the Play Store app on your Pixel Watch, search for the Fitbit ECG app.
2. Tap the Fitbit ECG app and tap Install.
3. Open the Fitbit ECG tile on your watch. If you haven't set up the Fitbit app on your phone, you're prompted to do so. Follow the instructions to install and log in to the Fitbit app on your phone.
4. Reopen the Fitbit ECG tile to take a measurement.

The Fitbit ECG app is available on the Wear OS platform for Pixel Watch in select countries. It is not intended for use by people under 22 years old.

Worked great before. Now, this month, maybe after a recent update?, it doesn't work anymore. When I try to activate it, it says "To get started, open the fitbit mobile app. I press the icon to open the app on the phone. The phone goes to an informational page on Heart Rhythm Assessment. After closing the page, I'm in the fitbit app on the phone, but the ecg still doesn't work. FIX THIS ASAP!!

The app works great on the phone - no complaints there. Unfortunately, the app is NOT AVAILABLE on the Pixel 7 Pro phone, so I cannot do anything with the ECG’s that I generate. What the heck!! How can Google not have migrated the app to what is currently their top Pixel phone. The reason I bought the watch was to generate ECG’s for my cardiologist, since I have a heart condition. I never expected that Google would not have the app running on my phone. Beyond disappointing. Get with it!!!!!

worked before.....now it doesn't. Having the same issue as Michael Duh. Fitbit was so much better before Google took it over. Was able to see things online before now you can only view things in the app. UPDATE 8/20 App is now working again. I almost switched to an iPhone and an apple watch. Still might but I will review again when my contract comes up in a couple of months.
