Great meditation sessions but a very thin app. At minimal, it should have the ability to run in dark mode. How about being able to mark your favorites? How about a check mark by sessions you've tried. And please, how about dismissing permanently the request for positive review. Other than that, the session quality, voice, music, and content are very good. I'd love to give it a five-star rating, but the app is so lacking.

So helpful to get focused and into a regular meditation practice. Her voice is so calming. Nice music too. Update: 9.14.20 - Still my favorite. I've tried a bunch of different meditation apps but this one always wins out. This guide has the most relaxing voice; totally gets me in the zone to be relaxed and focused! The background sounds are perfect too. They add to the experience without becoming a distraction.

After trying this out, I tried Waking Up with Sam Harris (which as a better rating at that time) and went back to this. I believe this is the best meditation app in the market. It has a background sound which helps. (You have 3 choices) I suggest using an earphone and the background sound will sound better. What sets this app apart is the everyday practical lessons it gives at the beginning of the meditation. The lessons have basis on reason and they really help. Plus, it combines many meditation techniques (breathing, body scan and others) in several sessions and you just get the benefits of it.
