Great tool I love the Barcode scan feature. There is a large data base of food that includes grocery brands and restaurant foods. You can even make your own recipes. I haven't tried taking a picture of my food but if that works well, it couldn't get much simpler. When you log a food it goes into your 'My Foods' data base so you can find it easily. There is a fair amount of work when you are starting out but once you get a lot of your regular foods logged, it gets easier. I think logging is the secret to losing weight
Starts off great/then start to refine diet Ads keep getting bigger.A lot of foods only have total calories. No good if ur tracking fat or protein or carbs. Many foods have "serving" size rather than oz or tbsp, then if u eat a different brand cant convert measurement. Look up "butter, salted"WAY off in numbers. Im not upgrading for skewed data base.
It's a great app. The only thing is, I need to estimate calories and such for most of my foods if I go to restaurants. I went to Perkins today and there wasn't much food wise for them. I wish you could import the nutritional information from the website to lose it or import recipes that you find online. I'm not sure if this made sense.
I love this app. If the designers are listening, please add the capability for a decimal in weight tracking, i.e. 203.6 lbs instead of 203 or 204. Some of us out there are excited to log that we've lost a 1/2 pound. Thanks guys! Also, a slight shadow or shade behind icons that are selected would remind users which icon they're currently on. It can get confusing. Keep up the good work!
I love your "What's New" description!!!!!!!!! Now, for the apps. It's not pushy or controlling like any other apps. What I like most is it keeps me on track while I'm still in control of what I eat and do. And it shows me how much I did so far. By the way, I'm having a little trouble buying the premium which I'm eager to get. It keeps me on the loading with nothing loaded. Hi, I have a little trouble. I want to buy premium but it keeps saying it has trouble connecting to google apps
Lost Freshman 15 in 3 months I gained 13 pounds after starting college, so nearly 15 I guess. Started this in December and was back down to 110 pounds by March. I've been using it on and off for the past year to maintain my weight too, it really helps you get a reality check on how much youre eating without even realizing.
