Love the coaches and the workouts. A lot of coaches to choose from which I love and all the different program options make it fun. There are also a multitude of modifications for all levels and ages available. I have the paid program and highly recommend it, but if you're not able to do that, the app alone is great too that's where I started. I'm 56 years old with all kinds of structural issues and I use this thing 5 days a week!! No excuse is a good excuse. Eat well, BE active, BE well

Best free workout app ever. Ever. You get to choose the style and intensity of your workouts and they're fun! The calendar that tracks your workouts, the challenges you can sign up for, the reward tokens you get, it's all just more inspiratione to keep going! I've been able to workout 5-7 days a week at my own pace and without feeling guilty if I miss a day. I couldn't say enough good things about this app. It has been amazing for my mental and physical health.

Lost weight and had a better relationship with my body with this app! I love the variety of exercises because I get bored easily and it just helps with making sure I do something even in a short time. I love that there is meditation, and stretching. As a physical therapist, this app is complete in making sure one moves more. Also the short workouts are awesome especially when I feel lazy but then 5 minute workout is doable so I can still do some movement. Good job, Fit On team!!!!
