I got this app because my car would throw a p0303 error and mechanics would find nothing wrong but replace the spark plugs anyway. I paid for premium because I liked the idea of being able to track my maintenance and repairs. But it is difficult to use! I have had this error come up twice more and the dollar cost for the replacement and I had to pay more! Plus I can't find the maintenence tab that had my prior records or to add more.

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW!! I have 3 scanners and use them on different vehicles. It worked great up until the latest update. I got with customer service and they fixed it but then my credit card company called me and said that someone, "not me" charged $99 dollars to my card without my authorization. I have tried to contact the company but keep getting the service response. The only way they could have got my credit card info is when I originally purchased the readers. BEWARE!!!

the functionality of this app appears to be compromised, or poorly developed. I purchased two sensors for my two cars, and was unable to add both sensors to the app. I had to drop one of the sensors out of the app in order to add the other. Additionally, the OBD functionality of this device is questionable at best. Not having features as basic as pulling in the mileage of the car, and requiring the user to enter it manually seems like an odd cost saving measure.
