DOWNLOAD BY LINK OR SHORT CODE

On Home, Download Manager accepts a full URL or a numeric short code you define in Settings. Supported links use http:// or https://. When an address looks like a web page rather than a file, Download Manager can open it in the browser or add it to the queue.

SEND LINKS FROM YOUR PHONE

Download Manager shows a pairing QR on your TV. Pair your phone in the browser, then send download links without typing long URLs on the remote. New jobs appear in the Download Manager queue automatically.

BROWSE AND DOWNLOAD ON THE WEB

The built-in browser lets you search, enter URLs, and start downloads from pages you visit. JavaScript, optional dark browser background, voice search, and remote cursor mode are available in Download Manager Settings.

MANAGE YOUR DOWNLOAD QUEUE

Add files to the queue and follow progress in real time. Pause, resume, retry failed jobs, or remove entries. Download Manager saves completed files to your chosen folder and keeps active downloads running in the background.

YOUR FILE LIBRARY

Browse everything you have saved. Open, share, or delete files from your TV. APK files can open the system installer when you choose; videos, audio, and PDFs open in Download Manager on supported formats.

FAVORITES AND SHORT CODES

Save frequently used URLs as favorites and send them to the queue in one step. Map short codes (for example, 123) to long links in Settings, then enter only the code on Home. Download Manager keeps your saved links on the device.

DOWNLOAD HISTORY

Review completed downloads with timestamps and re-queue any link in one step. History, favorites, short codes, and settings in Download Manager remain on your device — no account or cloud sync required.

SETTINGS AND STORAGE

Choose your download folder, browser home page, JavaScript behavior, dark browser background, and QR backend URL. On Android 10 and above, Download Manager may request storage access for the location you select.

IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS

Download Manager does not include VPN, ad blocking, or cloud storage. Links sent via QR pairing are checked on the server; some URLs may still be rejected there. Direct links you enter can fail if the source blocks downloads or is not a direct file. Download Manager stores data locally on your device only.

DEVICE REQUIREMENTS

Download Manager works on Android TV and Android devices with a TV-style launcher. Internet access and storage permission are required. To report a link or concern, use the option in Download Manager Settings.
