About this app

Flarity is a self-management app for people living with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD): Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Track your symptoms, medications, and wearable health signals in one place, spot patterns that may signal an upcoming flare, and walk into every GI appointment with a clear, doctor-ready report.

Living with IBD means watching for small changes: sleep that gets worse, fatigue that creeps in, a resting heart rate that won't settle. Flarity brings those signals together with your daily symptom check-ins so you can see what's changing before it becomes a problem.

Who it's for:
• People with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis
• Patients managing remission and trying to stay ahead of flares
• Anyone who wants better data to share with their GI doctor
• Caregivers helping a loved one track IBD

What it can do for you:
• Track symptoms with clinical scoring
• Daily check-ins for energy, abdominal pain, bowel movements, urgency
• HBI (Harvey-Bradshaw Index) scoring for Crohn's
• SCCAI scoring for ulcerative colitis
• Custom symptom tracking for triggers unique to you

Manage your medications
• Log biologics, immunomodulators, steroids, and supportive medications
• Dose schedules with reminders
• Adherence history you can share with your care team

Connect your wearable
• Optional integration with Health Connect
• Reads heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, SpO2, body temperature, sleep, steps, exercise, and active calories
• Combines wearable trends with your symptom check-ins to surface early warning signs
• Works with Pixel Watch, Galaxy Watch, Fitbit, and other Health Connect-compatible devices

Doctor-ready reports
• Generate a clean PDF summary of your symptoms, scores, medications, and trends
• Bring it to your GI appointment or email it ahead of time
• Optional secure sync to your gastroenterologist's portal when you redeem a referral code from your clinic
• Unlimited reports during your free trial, then 2 free per rolling year (unlimited with premium)

Lab results and appointments
• Store and organize lab reports
• Photo capture for appointment notes and prep
• Build context over time so nothing gets forgotten between visits

Urgent access card
• Add a discreet card to Google Wallet that explains you may need urgent restroom access
• Multilingual and works offline, so it is ready the moment you need it, at home or traveling

Privacy by design
• Your health data is stored on your device
• No account, no login, no email required to get started
• Anonymous device ID: Flarity never asks for your real identity
• Aggregated data syncs to your doctor's portal only if you opt in with a referral code
