Amended review. The printer is amazing. My last review was a 2*, but the fault was mine. Despite everything I tried, I couldn't get it to work properly. Well, USER ERROR, big time. Now it prints each labell PERFECTLY! The mistake I had was relearning the paper using the paper button on the printer. Nope, it's the "LEARN" feature in the app I completely missed. Again, "user error". I love the printer now! shipping has never been easier! Thank you, FlashLabel!!

Keeps disconnecting. The printer works perfectly as long as it's connected. Every time I get out of the printer app to go to the other app where the label is, the blue light on the printer goes off and it disconnects. Then it only generates the last label I printed on the app. it's a headache to keep it connected.

This app saved me a big headache. I spent a long time trying to get the settings right on my computer for my thermal printer, and it simply wouldn't work. The first time I used FlashLabel Pro, I got the correct size and alignment immediately and it came out perfect. Really a great app.
