It looks like Shopsy is fraud. Don't get fooled by the discounts & offers. Their product quantity & services are as cheap as their prices. In case if the order has some issues, then it's turns out to be a terrible experience. Their help center is there just for namesake. You'll never get connected to the support to deal with the product issue. I will never recommend shopsy for shopping. You can go with Myntra/Amazon. The customer support service is really good.

The shopping app experience turned into a nightmare when we ordered two items, but only received one, and to make matters worse, it was completely different from what we ordered. After returning the item, we faced the additional frustration of not receiving our money back. To compound the issue, the details of the returned item vanished from the app, leaving us unable to track the process or communicate effectively with customer service. Feeling utterly disappointed and distrustful.

App can't handle lot of requests at a time that's why it's not working well. Firstly I thought it's happening to my mobile only but when I check with others it's same problem. But amazon works well can handle lots of traffic. Flippant really need to improve it so there will be seamless experience.
