I love the fluid app! We use it for renting lawn equipment, trucks, random appliances, you name it! I've always dealt with very professional people renting out their stuff, and have had quick responses and great customer service. I love this as an alternative to using home depot rental services or truck rentals because it is way more flexible, has more options, and you have a person to call right away if you have any questions or issues.

App sign up steps are not clear and is very frustrating. You cannot add a driver that is not the account owner even with valid drivers license, but the app does not tell you this until you are almost through making a reservation (payment step). App also froze several times during drivers license verification. I wanted this service to work well but found it so frustrating I'll just call Uhaul or Home Depot instead.

So, here I am calling uhaul, budget and penske, and they're all booked out of vans and trailers. I had no means of picking up my couch and out of the blue I saw this (Fluid Truck), at the bottom of my search. I was initially hesitant, but to my surprise, it was one of the most efficient and convenient rental services I had ever used. I recommended 100%! You wouldn't regret it! Easy app usage! Bravo, Fluid Truck!
