Bpaly is an offline app that helps athletes plan and review their training. It includes swimming, running, cycling, speed training, multisport and single-sport workouts. All records are entered manually and stored on the device.
With Bpaly, the user can create a training plan, set the pace, divide the session into phases and set effort goals. Training can include swimming, cycling and running, as well as a combination of multisport. The app stores all data locally without accounts or synchronization.
The Bpaly planner section allows you to prepare for a swimming, cycling, running or multisport session. The user sets the pace, distance, target time and effort level. Each program can be divided into phases and notes can be added before training.
After training, the user can enter the actual time, effort and feelings. Bpaly compares the plan with the actual results and shows how the pace was maintained. The analysis can be used for swimming, cycling, running and multisport.
The Bpaly comparison screen shows the difference between the plan and the actual training. The user can review the pace, see the sections that need attention and see how the training is aligned with the goal.
Bpaly statistics include analysis of speed, time, effort and repetitions of the training. The user can view the results of swimming, cycling, running and multisport, and create a new plan based on what they have learned.
The program works completely offline. All Bpaly records are stored locally on the device. The program does not require a server, account or remote data.
Bpaly has session templates, local reminders, unit settings and the addition of a small image from the camera if the user wants. The plan can be copied and reused to speed up the next training.
