The worst ever. They have the worst customer service you would ever imagine. They have just a bot which is programmed to waste your time and pledge that one of their agents will get back to you but this never happens. And if you want to call them, try 1000 times till you remember that you're calling Flying and stop in despair! Almatar and Almosafer applications are way better than this time waster.

useless and fraud company. . if you buy ticket from this app or this company you forget about your refund no customer care no WhatsApp support it's a total waist...
