Hire someone with technical skills. Both this app and your web site are full of bugs. I would be embarrassed to release a product like this. Do not rely on this. You are better off printing your boarding pass on paper. The app will say it saved your boarding pass but when it comes time for you to retrieve it you won't find it unless you go to check in and dig through that to generate your boarding pass. So many other deal breaking bugs. Pathetic.

Happy with our flights! On time and professional. But the app is poor. Even if you load your bookings into the app you can't click on them to start the check-in process and there's no notification when check-in opens. You have to separately click on a check-in button and enter your information again. The app is basically just a shortcut to the check-in on the website.

The other carriers have far better apps. Your bookings can't be added. You can't checkin on the app and get your boarding pass, as what it does is redirect you to the website which works only if ots compactable with your phone and when it feels like it. It's easier to use the website, which is slightly better to get your boarding pass emailed to you. Don't bother downloading app. You'll also notice that the developers don't even reply to those who complain about the user experience of the app.
