I love our Small town Banks of First National Bank. People are so friendly always helpful amd polite. Online banking is so convenient and their App is easy and fast. The ATM is down more than I like And I have to drive 10 miles to closest one it not good. it has created a problem when you don't know it's down. I would really like to get a text when it is broken.

Truly awful compared to the previous app. Having to wait 5 minutes for the 2 factor authentication and then another 10 for funds to transfer. Have someone who knows that they are doing with apps remake this please. Your online banking system is the sole reason I will be switching banks. Edit: Not that anyone looks at these reviews but I can't get gas because of this issue. I'm stuck away from home with no way to move money to get gas. Edit: The codes are sending faster but issues many remain.

I love em,..they know me by name, and are always greeting me with a smile, they also know my accnt without having to ask me..the slightest problem, and I'm notified immediately. Just wish there was a 24 hr. Hotline ..
