Ratings and reviews

This is hands down the worst food delivery service in Bangladesh. I've used the app for a year and placed around 7-8 orders in total. Half of them arrived three hours late, and the other half were cancelled after three hours with no proper explanation. For context, I've never had these issues with other food delivery apps-even when ordering from the same restaurants at the same location. On my final order, I called customer service, and they casually told me, "It's usual, it can happen."

Absolutely worst experience ever. I've been trying to order for 30 minutes but i wasn't able to because the app keeps showing unable to calculate price,try again later. I tried ordering from two different accounts and the same thing happened. I'm unable to order from any restaurant on foodi.

I had high hopes from this platform. But I have to give two stars. The app is buggy, they turned off the review system, how would I order if I can't see the review section. And then they are increasing delivery fee time to time, along with additional costs as well. Expected it to be different and better than Foodpanda. But got disappointed
