Ratings and reviews

Last year I opened an account without a number that hasn't been used much. Recently I logged into that account again to order food. Then an incident happened that brought my attention to a serious issue. My account was verified with an unknown number. When the rider couldn't reach me through the app and contacted that number, they told him to eat my food that I already paid for online. Monetary damage aside, the jeopardy of my privacy is a serious matter of concern. Not trusting foodie again.

worst app ever just overpriced and then it also doesn't show how much time it'd take to get your food thought of trying it but never again i don't suggest anyone to do it either My food arrived an hour and thirty minutes later!!

Good app, but the review system needs improvement. After completing an order, users can only give star ratings for restaurants and riders, which is not enough to explain real experiences. Please add an option to write text reviews for both restaurants and delivery riders, and allow users to see other customers’ feedback as well. This will make the platform more transparent and helpful.
