The app helped me so much! I tried to follow a low fodmap diet for the longest time but it didn't work. Then I got this app. The percentages helped me understand how each food was affecting me. I am so grateful! I could understand all kinds of foods that had been puzzling me, like potatoes. Each fodmap type is separate for the percentages. Try not to go over 100% in one meal for each fodmap type, e.g. if the meal's foods add up to 80% gos 90% fructan, you are ok. Thank you, fodmap friendly!

Hi Caroline, thanks so much for your wonderful feedback! Users can find more information on what the percentages mean in our FAQs section. The new Recipe Maker feature calculates FODMAP stacking by adding up these percentages for you, saving you time and stress when making your own recipes! Kind regards, The FF team

Changing my review to 5 stars in light of the dev's comment - thanks for educating me, I should have looked it up! Independent sources agree this and the Monash app are the only primary data sources and should be used together. This one is mostly free, with the option to pay for extra premium features, which as they say differ a bit

Hi Adriano, FODMAP Friendly is one of only two primary FODMAP testing sources of info. Only Monash and us are conducting laboratory testing, all other apps scrape this data. Conflicting results are common due to variation. We recommend using both apps concurrently, as Monash doesn't have a Recipe Maker or give max values.
