Absolutely ridiculous. I hope whatever prompted these sudden changes is worth losing customers. The abrupt change of debit cards, and now the app!? SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I don't live near a branch, so online banking was my best option for most transactions. The original app no longer works, but the new app doesn't recognize my credentials. Now I'm inconvenienced, and have to find time to get to a branch before they close to access MY MONEY! Not to mention the ATMs no longer accept deposits! UGH

After downloading, none of my banking history/transactions were showing up, and I never knew how much was actually in my checking account, until today and then I was charged an overdraft fee even when I had all the money we had spent from the weekend in my savings waiting for me to see everything to know how much I needed to transfer over. I didnt know the original amount bc every time I'd log in it refreshed a different amount shown. The new app gives me a headache. I do not like it.

Absolutely ridiculous that this bank conversion causes such extreme inconvenience to existing customers. New debit cards and complete loss of access to online accounts, as well as a forced new mobile banking app that does not work. Waited 30 minutes on the phone to speak to one of the rudest customer service agents that I've ever encountered. Will be closing my account asap.
