sorry, but I would like to like the app little bit More. it does what to saids. and you have a $2 minimum to cash out (not a problem). But recently, I'm going to stop using it (for now)! The phone I use is not a premium phone with not so good unlimited date. I had to scan the receipt over and over until it goes in. and as for a longer receipt, using a video of the receipt is very unreliable. leading to have to rescan the receipt. I'll take a break from the app until an update is available!

It was great, until a few days ago. I have more than 1 EBT card # and had to unlink & relink each one separately. I switched phone #s & had it changed in the app. When I logged back in, I entered my old phone & card #s again by mistake which created a new acct. It's still confusing why or how that even happened. I requested to have that # deleted in the system to link the card to the correct phone. It's supposed to take 24-48 hrs, it's been 8 days with no changes. I can't even log back in either

What a crock. It keeps telling you to add EBT card even though it has it on file. You try to do anything and it wants the card number then spits card "already associated with an account" at you and doesn't let you do anything further. When you check, you find out yeah, it's already associated with an account, alright; the very account you're using in their app. It's been months and it never automatically adds anything. Not Walmart or anything.
