Ratings and reviews

Another useless facelift that breaks even more things. We don't need a prettier app, we need one that works and provides the features that were in the original. This is the second time you've done this in the last 2 years. Where are the onboard scales? Where is the Pro Power usage info? Now the app thinks my truck is electric and is trying to start charging?!? When will you just fix things instead of trying to make it look better?

This app is the worst part of owning a Lightning. The truck is great...this app makes it miserable. For 3 years its never worked reliably. It always loses connection. It makes it nearly impossible to change settings and forgets your settings on the regular so the truck software won't update, you can't change charge settings, can't start climate. Its absolutely terrible. This app is why the Lightning failed.

It's usually great but often the app just won't load my car details and then I can't use any of the remote control or change my schedules. Phone as a key still works at least. One day it started working again but after about a week it stopped working in the middle of a road trip. I've done all the basic troubleshooting and nothing works. Ford, please fix this. The app is awesome when it works. edit: It's gotten worse. Now nothing works sometimes and most things never work.
