About this app
To support ForgTin® users, there is a separate smartphone app, which is only made available to registered ForgTin® buyers.
As a ForgTin® customer you will receive a login code after purchase that authorizes you to use the app. Only with this code can you create your own user. You will also receive the information on installing the app after purchase. If you have problems registering or if you have lost your login code, simply contact us.
The app is something like a tinnitus companion that guides you through the first few weeks with the ForgTin®. The app always gives you new tips and information about tinnitus and also serves as a tinnitus diary. The tinnitus can fluctuate strongly and is influenced by many other factors besides the Forgtin®. You can make a short entry in your tinnitus diary twice a day. In this way you can record the course of your tinnitus and find out which other factors, such as Stress, emotions, jaw and neck tension, will also affect your tinnitus. The better you know your own tinnitus, the easier it is to learn to control it.
In addition, with your participation you also support research on ForgTin®. Your data will of course be anonymized and analyzed in cooperation with the researchers from our scientific advisory board. Our goal is to understand the mode of action of the Forgtin® better and better and to optimize it. The temporal dynamics of tinnitus - how quickly an improvement occurs, in what type of tinnitus - is of particular interest to us. Please help and support us with your feedback.
