Your body is already generating data. Forjum turns it into something you can actually understand.
Every night your heart rate variability shifts. Your VO2Max drifts over weeks of training — or weeks of neglect. Your sleep quality affects your next workout before you even lace up your shoes. This information exists. Most apps ignore it, bury it in graphs, or turn it into a meaningless score.
Forjum does something different. It reads your physiological data from Apple Watch or Wear OS and maps it onto five RPG stats that reflect your actual biological state in real time:
⚔️ Might — muscular strength and power output
⚡ Agility — speed, coordination, and explosive capacity
🛡️ Constitution — cardiovascular endurance and recovery efficiency
🌿 Spirit — sleep quality and autonomic nervous system balance
👁️ Presence — daily consistency, habits, and movement patterns
These aren't gamified points. Every stat is derived from peer-reviewed exercise science. When your HRV drops, your Spirit drops. When your VO2Max improves over a training block, your Constitution rises. The numbers are honest — because your body is honest.
Train what matters to you.
Forjum reads your passive physiological data automatically, but you can also choose to focus. Want to build Agility? Target it directly and watch that stat respond to your training decisions. Every stat can be actively pursued — not just observed.
Challenge others. Train together.
Forjum includes Duel and Coop modes that let you compete or collaborate with other users. Compare your stats head-to-head, challenge a friend to a timed training sprint, or combine your biological output toward a shared goal. Your body against theirs — or alongside theirs.
Learn your body. Then graduate.
Most fitness apps are designed to keep you dependent — forever. Forjum is built around the opposite philosophy. The more you use it, the more you learn: how your body responds to training load, sleep debt, stress, and recovery. What your HRV actually means for you. What moves your stats — and what doesn't.
After about a year, something shifts. You start reading your own physiology without needing an app to translate it. You know when you're recovered. You know when to push. At that point, you may not need Forjum anymore — and that's exactly what success looks like.
Your data never leaves your device.
No account. No login. No cloud sync. No subscription required to access your own biology. Forjum was built offline-first from the ground up, because privacy isn't a feature — it's the foundation.
