Watch is great. App is horrendous. When syncing, the step count and other data is sometimes only fraction of what was actually covered. It may later catch up on the next sync, or the next day, or not at all! I can see Google Fit is getting its data so it's not my phone or watch. The menu layout is poor as well; I have a social media link (don't care), an offer to buy stuff (don't need), and THEN I have the various settings I do care about, which one has to swipe to see.

The most recent update is terrible. The interface looks good and helpful, but now it's having issues syncing with my watch. My Bluetooth connection shows that my watch is indeed connected, so it's just the app that isn't working properly. It's also been a HUGE drain on my battery. I keep having to turn the app off to save my battery. My phone used to last for a day or two without a charge. Now when I go to bed with my phone charged at 90%, I wake up to it at 30%! It used to hold it's charge.

Great app, lots of details, no ads, works great with the Hybrid HR watch. Edit 6/25/22: the new "update" sucks. The music controls are useless now. You have to click to a separate screen to change song/vol and it closes back to the main screen after a very short amount of time. Also, can't tell the time when listening to music?? I never look at the screen unless I need the time. Fitness no longer displays miles which are CRUCIAL. The backlight only stays on for a second. Bad bad update.
