The MyFoxtel app is an easy-to-use, free app that helps you manage your Foxtel account. You can find new shows in the TV Guide to record to your Foxtel iQ box, order Main Events, see your Foxtel Rewards, and get any help you need. The app is available to use wherever you are in Australia!

Manage my account "Update your Foxtel package or bundle to include more content" Ive never been able to do this in my account,. actually most thing don't work haven't been able to login too Foxtel go on my device for weeks, my box runs off the internet which hasn't worked properly once, think 52 dropouts in one week, you know how frustrating. that is when watching the sky channel racing channel. the only reason I basically have foxtel racing/footy n it's always stopping..

Shocking customer support, spent a week trying to fix two faults. When support couldn't fix the problem, they sent me an email saying my faults are fixed and the ticket is closed, but the problem still exists. Support(?) doesn't call you back when they say they will!

The tv guide on NHK sucks. You can search and locate a program but when you try to record it an error comes up, because it doesn't appear in the TV guide yet.
