I've been a Foxwoods gold rewards member for years and have always enjoyed the rewards on the old app, including free slot play, free hotel, free shows, and slot tournament. The new app is awful. Last month I had so many issues with my pin and it never retaining my rewards number. This month there is only ONE free show & nothing else for offers. I base my visits to Foxwoods on my reward offers, and I can't plan my next visit until they rectify the issue with the app.

terrible, will not accept my pin or password, tried to reset password but that's not working. tried to create a new account, but when I enter the code, it doesn't accept that either.. lots of bugs in this new app!!
