I've been a Foxwoods gold rewards member for years and have always enjoyed the rewards on the old app, including free slot play, free hotel, free shows, and slot tournament. The new app is awful. Last month I had so many issues with my pin and it never retaining my rewards number. This month there is only ONE free show & nothing else for offers. I base my visits to Foxwoods on my reward offers, and I can't plan my next visit until they rectify the issue with the app.

Can't create an account. Tried two different emails, and it says wrong email/password. This is a new account, not resetting an existing one.
