The newest update for the website earlier this week is terrible. Booking appointments is now in this tiny side panel. You can't access notes on the same page while booking which is crucial for our business. We've been w/ Fresha since it was Shedul and we're incredibly disappointed with the changes. Very hard to book appointments w/ multiple stylists. You have to do infinite more clicks than before to accomplish tasks that used to be simple. Already spoke to my rep about this. Very dissatisfied.

this girl has it on the locs far as advice conversation and she does it all to have your locs looking good and healthy I've recommend lots of people to her,sometimes she can do a style that I don't like or think that it could of be more Krispy but overall she a good loctician and I keep coming back.

The app messes up appointment times and randomly kicks me out while booking. It's hit and miss most of the time. I didn't start having a problem until recently.
