new app is desperate. no ability to add the coupons you collect to the online order via the app. in store scan the qr code and although you collect coupons it never let's you redeem them. so ultimately pointless. used the contact form to highlight this issue and the response was effectively turn the phone and app off and on again. edit: it worked for discount previously on the same products. the customer service is clearly an AI Bot as they replied again to ask my phone details. 😬

using the app to shop for dog food, but as the expected delivery is 1-3 days and no delivery after 4 days I tried to contact them through the app & its just not possible? I filled in the webmail details & form keeps getting refused, keeps saying unknown format. I tried ringing the number in contacts and was greeted with a message that we are only available between 12am & 4pm and I rang at 9.30am what the he'll is going on with this crowd?

this app is absolutely unnecessary unless you are ready to manually activate each coupon, why do I have to activate them, they should be there by default
