My biggest issue with the app is that when scrolling through the items added to the cart, it constantly recognises scrolling as a swipe to delete, in other words it keeps unintentionally deleting items from the cart, which then have to be searched and added again. Please remove the swipe to delete function! Also, the latest problem in the app is a voucher which cannot be added even though it is still valid. In the end it is so frustrating, I will go to a physical store instead.

Cannot login to the app, I created the account, reset password. Always failed to login. Edit: it is not only the app fault, I also cannot register at fressnapf page and also login to existing account (I am sure credentials are correct as I was surprisingly able to reset the password)

It constantly says I have the incorrect login details even though I reset my password. Registering new account with different email doesn't work either. I changed countries so I am trying to delete my account in the country where I was initially registered. Guess what, can't do that either. Technical issues, please try again later. Very frustrating. Awful app and it's been like that for over a year now! Do something about it

Hallo Marta, es ist wichtig, du in der App das jeweilige Land ausgewählt hast und hier auch ein Kundenkonto besteht. Du brauchst also nur eine App, aber zwei verschiedene Kundenkonten. Du kannst allerdings eine E-Mail-Adresse nur 1x nutzen – das heißt, ein und dieselbe E-Mail-Adresse kann nicht doppelt verwendet werden. Liebe Grüße, dein App Team
