I've come to the conclusion that Frontier's a joke. I'll be looking into other services. I try to call the number, and can't actually get through to anyone for help. All it does is set an in-person appointment, which I don't want, automatically with no input from you, tell you to go to the app to change it, and then have it not show up on the app. Can't get through to an agent on the app chat, either. Wifi keeps dropping, can't get service in most of the house, whole home equipment won't work.

This app is generally awful, slow, lags, sometimes just won't load pages at all. But the best part is that you can't report an outage or contact anyone regarding your services, it will just tell you that there is an outage and it will tell you that they've resolved it. Regardless of whether you have internet or not. Currently sitting with a 14 hour outage that they texted me an hour ago was fixed- it isn't and their app even says it was fixed 10 hours ago. Would not recommend.

I was called and sold internet at a 30 day risk free trial. When I called to cancel, i was charged $212 dollars. I started on 9/5 and canceled on 9/17, not close to 30 days. this was not mentioned once on the call. I even asked the installer for confirmation. they did absolutely nothing to wave the fee and said they are independent sellers and its nothing I can do. that's not right, and I'd be careful. service could not hold. I kept dropping devices. router needs help. I emailed but no response.
