I've come to the conclusion that Frontier's a joke. I'll be looking into other services. I try to call the number, and can't actually get through to anyone for help. All it does is set an in-person appointment, which I don't want, automatically with no input from you, tell you to go to the app to change it, and then have it not show up on the app. Can't get through to an agent on the app chat, either. Wifi keeps dropping, can't get service in most of the house, whole home equipment won't work.

This app is just an ad for adding more services. There is no point in installing it... and it's no better than their website. Correction - it is better than the website because they don't provide full functionality on their site, presumably to force you to download their terrible app. And if you want a laugh, read their response to my review. I didn't call out problems, just that it's bad. And don't get me going on their customer service if you call them... At least it's cheap service...

I honestly don't understand how this company exists if this app is any indicator of how they run things. Can't verify my email because even copy and pasting the verification code returns "CODE INCORRECT". Can't set up auto pay because for the past 2 years it just says "service currently unavailable", although today the error has changed to tell me that setting up auto pay TRIGGERS A SECURITY LOCKOUT. Literally zero functionality from anything someone could possibly need from this app.
