The Frontline Education mobile app is a quick and easy way to access the new Frontline Insights Platform while on-the-go. Employees will be able to check leave balances, create absences, access the time clock, and receive web alerts right on their mobile phone.

This app is available for districts and their employees that have added the Frontline Insights Platform.

Sometimes works well, but lately it keeps signing me out without notifying me. I wonder why I haven't gotten any notifications, open the app, and it's the sign in page. I also frequently click on a notification right away and there is no job. I'm guessing the notifications are often delayed and desktop users snag the job before mobile users can.

I have been using the Frontline Education app for over a year as a substitute teacher, and it worked well initially. Recently, I keep receiving job notifications, but when I open the app, there are no available jobs showing—especially for middle and high school assignments. This is extremely frustrating and confusing. If there truly are no jobs available, then notifications should not be sent. Please address this issue, as it directly affects my ability to accept assignments and do my job.😡

It used to be good, but since August the notifications are ALWAYS delayed. I've missed SO many jobs because they are already taken by the time I get the notification. When the notification rings, the job is not even listed anymore and it will say "no jobs available." Sometimes I also have the Frontline website open on my laptop and I will happen to refresh and see a new job come up on the website, but it has not yet pinged a notification on my mobile app! The Nov. update did NOT fix it!
