I have been using the Frontline Education app for over a year as a substitute teacher, and it worked well initially. Recently, I keep receiving job notifications, but when I open the app, there are no available jobs showing—especially for middle and high school assignments. This is extremely frustrating and confusing. If there truly are no jobs available, then notifications should not be sent. Please address this issue, as it directly affects my ability to accept assignments and do my job.😡

It used to be good, but since August the notifications are ALWAYS delayed. I've missed SO many jobs because they are already taken by the time I get the notification. When the notification rings, the job is not even listed anymore and it will say "no jobs available." Sometimes I also have the Frontline website open on my laptop and I will happen to refresh and see a new job come up on the website, but it has not yet pinged a notification on my mobile app! The Nov. update did NOT fix it!

It's easy to use, I haven't had any real issues. The only thing I question is the timing the notifications come through. It seems delayed because I will try to accept a job as soon as it comes through but it will say "its already been assigned" or as soon as it comes and I click on the notification it says "no jobs available". Why is it sending notifications when no job is available? Also lately barely any notifications are coming through vs how active it was before.
